User Management

The User Management panel lets platform administrators view all users, their roles, and account status. Available only to users with admin-level platform roles.

Platform Roles

Four platform roles control admin access. Each role includes the permissions of all roles below it.

Super Admin

Full platform access including user deletion, role management, and system configuration.

Billing Ops

View and edit users, adjust credits, manage invites, and view analytics.

Support

View users and analytics (read-only). Cannot modify accounts or credits.

User

Standard platform access. No admin capabilities.

Viewing Users

The admin user list shows all platform accounts with search and filtering.

  • Email address
  • Platform role badge
  • Sign-up date
  • Last active date
  • Credit balance

Search supports both email address and display name.

Managing Users

Admins can manage user accounts based on their role permissions.

  • Assign or change platform roles
  • Adjust credit balances
  • Manage platform invites
  • View per-user session analytics

Credit Adjustments

Billing Ops and Super Admins can manually adjust user credit balances for refunds, corrections, or promotional grants.
