Mentions

The @mention system lets you tag teammates and the AI directly inside sessions. Type @ in the chat input and a picker appears showing available participants. Mentioning a human teammate sends them an in-app notification. Mentioning @Dev triggers an automatic AI response, even mid-conversation.

How Mentions Work

When you type @ in the session chat input, a mention picker appears listing available targets: project members and the special @Dev AI handle. Select a name to insert the mention into your message. When you send, the mention is processed and stored.

Mention types

• @Dev — Triggers an automatic AI response. Use this to pull the AI into the conversation at a specific point.
• @User — Sends an in-app notification to the mentioned user. They can click through directly to the message in the session.

Notifications

When you are @mentioned in a session, a notification appears in your notification bell (top-right). Clicking it takes you directly to the message where you were mentioned. The mentions inbox page shows all messages across all sessions where you were tagged.

Mentions Inbox

The Mentions page (accessible from the sidebar) collects every message where you were @mentioned across all projects. Each entry shows the session name, the message content, who mentioned you, and when. Click any entry to jump directly to that point in the session.
